Raine Design cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery of your order arrives outside
estimated times stated.

ORDERS

By placing an order with Raine Design you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.

When placing an order we will require your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card details.
This information is required in order to process your order. After placing your order with us we will send you a confirmation
email; however order acceptance and a contract of sale between you and Raine Design will only apply once an order has
been despatched.

If an order is not accepted it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• The product you have ordered is out of stock
• We are unable to authorise your payment
• A pricing or product description error has been identified
• A customer has not met the eligibility order criteria outlined in Terms & Conditions

Should there be any problems with your order we will contact you by email.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at info@rainedesign.co.uk  and include details of your name, order number
and the date of your order. Should your order already have been processed and dispatched you may return the goods, at your
own expense, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (please see the Returns section).

RETURNS

We hope that you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your goods please ensure that you return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs paid when buying or returning your order, unless the good are faulty.

Please note that due to hygiene reason we cannot offer an exchange/refund on pierced jewellery.

In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged or faulty then you must contact us within 7 days of receipt via our email info@rainedesign.co.uk. We will of course refund the postage costs paid when buying and returning the item as well as a refund or exchange on the product.

When returning an item, please fill in the returns slip enclosed, giving the reasons for the return and indicating whether you wish for a refund or exchange. We strongly recommend that you use a signature service such as registered mail when posting returns and obtain a free proof of postage receipt from your post office. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please also ensure that items are securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item has been received, refunds will be processed within 28 days and you will be notified by email when you can expect funds to be returned to your account. Refunds will not be processed until unwanted good have been received by Raine Design.

PRODUCT PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS

Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and pricing are correct on the website. Whilst we aim to keep the website as up to date and accurate as possible, there may be occasion when the information, including product description, may not reflect the position exactly at the point that an order is placed.

While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation we cannot accept responsibility for any variation caused by the browser software or computer systems used by you.

Data errors or other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown and in such instances it is not required to honour this price. Should you see a price you believe to be incorrect then please do contact us at info@rainedesign.co.uk.
